Are you a passionate AFC Bournemouth supporter and at the same time are you enthusiastic and dedicated about providing excellent customer service? We are looking to recruit a select group of supporters, who can commit to volunteering with AFC Bournemouth on matchdays
You will be part of the matchday team and will be a visible point of contact providing information, directions and responding to any queries that home or away supporters may have. You will also be involved in assisting disabled supporters, interact with younger fans, help with match specific tasks and give feedback to assist the club, with the goal to try to improve match day experience for home and away fans.
By being a matchday ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the best quality of customer service and to enhance supporters’ matchday experience.
• Availability and commitment to attend all home matches, league and cup, throughout the season which could take place on weekdays or on weekends, at day or night time. We also require attendance during Easter holiday fixtures because some matches will fall during theses periods.
• AFC Bournemouth Premier League match ticket included for own use.
• Must arrive at Vitality Stadium on matchdays 2.5 hours prior to kick-off.
